1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Creatively Cool offers digital setup and coaching services, including but not limited to:

• The Live in 48 Sprint (Option A, B, and C)

• Animated Promo Reel Add-On

• Coaching and consulting sessions

• Motion Graphics
• Digital downloads including the 25 Quick AI Tips PDF

Services are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.

2. PAYMENT

• All prices are listed in USD

• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is arranged

• Accepted payment methods: Stripe (credit/debit card), PayPal

• Split payment plans via Klarna are subject to Klarna's approval process

and are not guaranteed

• Creatively Cool is not responsible for Klarna's approval decisions

3. DELIVERY & TIMELINE

• Sprint deliverables are completed within 48 hours of receiving a fully

completed intake form

• The 48-hour clock begins upon receipt of intake form, not purchase date

• If delivery is delayed due to incomplete intake information, the client

will be notified and a new timeline will be agreed upon

• Digital files are delivered via Microsoft OneDrive link to the email provided

at checkout

4. REFUND POLICY

Due to the time-intensive and custom nature of our services:

• All sales are final once work has begun

• If you purchase and have not yet submitted your intake form, you may

request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase

• If a sprint cannot be delivered due to error on our end, a full refund

or redo will be offered at no additional charge

• Refunds are not available for completed and delivered work

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To receive your deliverables on time, you agree to:

• Complete the intake form within 24 hours of purchase

• Respond to questions from us within 24 hours during the build period

• Provide accurate brand information (logo, colors, services, contact info)

• For Option A and B: attend the scheduled screen-share session at the

agreed time

Delays caused by late intake form submission or unresponsiveness will not

be considered a service failure on our part.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All custom-built assets (landing pages, graphics, content calendars)

become your property upon delivery and final payment

• The Animated Promo Reel, once delivered, may be used freely across

your social media, website, and marketing materials

• You may not resell or repackage our delivered work as your own service

offering without written permission

• The Creatively Cool brand, name, logo, and course materials remain the

sole property of Eric Dumas

7. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Creatively Cool provides tools, systems, and setup services. We do not

guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue amounts, or client acquisition.

Results depend on:

• The quality and accuracy of information you provide

• How actively you use and promote what we build

• Your industry, audience, and market conditions

Any revenue figures mentioned in our marketing are examples only, not guarantees.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creatively Cool shall not be liable

for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use

of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid

for the specific service in question.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of GA, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Woodstock/GA] or via mutual written agreement.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted

on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
